Question: I sell items with the original name "Jurassic World", but people know it as "Jurassic Park". Answer: If you don't have items under the name "Jurassic Park", use Fixit – replace the word jurassic park with jurassic world. If you have both names, create an equivalent synonym.


Question: I sell the cola drink "Pepsi", but customers search for "Coca-Cola". Answer: Use Fixit – e.g., cocacola or regex coca.* replace with pepsi.


Question: I want to prioritize my own toy brand over others in the "Toys" category. Answer: In Relevance tuning find the brand_name column, click add boost, select the brand and set the weight (e.g., 0.5).


Question: I want in-stock products to appear before out-of-stock ones. Answer: In Relevance tuning find in_stock, click add boost, select value true and set the weight (e.g., 10).


Question: I want to show specific products at the top for the search term "blanket". Answer: Use Curation – create a new set, add the term blanket and select the products that should appear for this query.
