Getting Started with Upsearch
UpSearch is a third application for your project (e.g., e-shop), where you can view all search-related activity and modify results.
UpSearch can be launched anytime and from anywhere - on a PC, smartphone, or tablet. Simply open your browser and enter:
Log in using your email and password. If you don't remember your password, use the Forgot Password function.
First Login
After logging in, you will see the selected project menu on the left.
In the top bar:
- Project name - click to switch to another project
- Calendar - date range selection, saved in browser memory
- Application language
- Profile - for editing and logout
Statistical data is displayed for the previous day and retained for 90 days.
Registration via Invitation
Option A: You are not registered - you will receive an invitation to register and confirm the project.
Option B: You are already registered - you only need to accept the project invitation.
Analytics and Reports
More information can be found in the Analytics and Reports section.
- Data is displayed for the previous day, retained for 90 days (can be extended)
- Charts display:
- left: total number of searches
- right: number of unique users
Searches Without Results
This report shows search terms that did not yield any results. They can be fixed using the FIXIT function:
- Click on "Solve this problem"
- Enter a replacement term (e.g., iphone -> iPhone)
